In September 2025, EZ Steel received an urgent order from a long-term European client for a batch of non-standard fasteners and pipe fittings. The order included ASTM A193 Gr.B8M Stud Bolts (M20x130), DIN933 A193 B8M Bolts (M20x60), and ASTM A105N SW Elbows (4” SCH80)—all requiring customized machining based on client drawings.
The project presented several challenges: the 304H stainleSs Steel raw material was in short supply, and the client required delivery within 10 days. Leveraging our strong supply chain and technical expertise, EZ Steel’s engineering and production teams coordinated efficiently to complete the entire batch in just 8 days, two days ahead of schedule.
On the business side, our export sales team responded promptly—issuing a same-day quotation and finalizing the contract the very next day. Production started immediately, with strict quality control and full documentation for international standards compliance.
By September 25, the goods were fully manufactured, inspected, and packaged. Three days later, they were air-shipped in two consignments from Beijing Airport to Istanbul, Turkey, and Brussels, Belgium.
